Reaching New Heights with your Team: Learn the power of trust and team work and the value of mutual respect in this active and fun experience on our climbing wall. (max. 25 persons per session)

Boost Morale One Beat at a Time:
Drum Circles are high functioning teams in action! By their very nature they build camaraderie, sharpen communication, encourage respect and enhance personal awareness. Escape from the work environment and be transformed from a group of amateurs into a rhythm orchestra. Using drums from around the world and powerful facilitation techniques, everyone experiences success, no one is left behind. The results are immediate as smiles appear on every face and your team comes alive!


Unwind on the Court: Learn the value of play and enjoy some healthy competition. Participate in the sport of your choice: Volleyball, floor hockey or basketball, the only pre-requisite is an open mind and a good attitude. We’ll organize the teams, teach you the rules and act as referee.

Group Fitness: Achieve a deep sense of relaxation by participating in a Restorative Yoga class, try something new like Belly Dancing or Kick Boxing. You name the activity, we supply the equipment and instructor.

Health and Fitness Challenge:

Our Health and Fitness Challenge promotes wellness within your workplace.  Our goal is to provide your employees with an opportunity to increase their physical, mental and emotional well being through various means.  Additional benefits of this educational, interactive and fun challenge are more committed and engaged employees, improved workplace relationships and, of course, much healthier employees!  Included in this popular event  are:
