RACQUET CENTRE COURT RENTAL AND BLOCK BOOKING INFORMATION

The Racquet Centre's squash, racquetball, handball and tennis (outdoor) courts are available to the public community for bookings.
(ie: Alberta Schools, Corporate Groups and Associations, Private Functions, Birthday Parties)

Per Court: $9.00, 45 min / $12.00, 60 min	Per Court: $9.50 45 min / $12.67 60 min

• Corporate or non-school groups will be charged an extra $10.00 / Per Court on top of the above rates
• Squash and Racquetball Instructor fees: $35.00 / 45 min

 

To Request a Block Booking

• Booking requests are accepted 12 months in advance.
• There are 13 Squash, 4 Racquetball/Handball and 4 Tennis (outdoor) courts available to book. Email tdenton@ucalgary.ca. On the email, included the dates and times of bookings (include alternate dates), and the number of courts needed.

 

Booking / Cancellation Policies

• Only 3 booking cancellations or changes permitted per University semester (Sept-Dec / Jan-Apr / May-Aug)
• No penalty charge for cancellations done 5 business days prior to court booking date.
