Winnie has a Bachelors of Science degree majoring in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. She is a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and also completed her Yoga Teacher Training course in Australia. She has been a Personal Trainer at the University of Calgary since 2003 and her approach to fitness has evolved from physical perspective to more of a holistic approach. At the present time, her areas of expertise are on posture, core stability and moving the body with awareness in order to prevent injuries so that her clients can stay active and excel in their sport.
