The University of Calgary’s JointEffort program is a six-week exercise program targeted at joint issues of the hip and knee.
All Joint Effort Programs are overseen by a CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist and take place in a CSEP Accredited Fitness Appraisal Centre (AFAC).
You’ll get expert advice, nutrition education and an individualized exercise plan from the University's team of health and joint experts.
Continue to work on your recovery after you’ve completed the initial JointEffort program. These effective weekly sessions will continue to help you with joint replacement preparation or recovery and will teach you to safely exercise on your own time. Prerequisite: JointEffort six-week program.
