Our programs are offered by fitness and allied health professionals, and include everything from beginner fitness classes to challenging advanced level programs. We offer weight management, yoga, personal fitness training and nutritional analysis; studio cycling for all levels; introductory to advanced strength training and walk/run courses... there is something for everyone!
Interested in becoming certified in the fitness industry or increasing your knowledge for your own benefit? We offer Fitness Certification courses. Although we offer a discount for our members on some of our programs, all are reasonably priced.
